WiseToDo（以下简称「本应用」）由独立开发者运营。本应用没有账号系统，不要求注册或登录，也没有我们自建的服务器保存你的内容。
你创建的任务、笔记、日志、对话、项目等全部内容，存放在你的 iPhone 本地，并通过 Apple 的 iCloud（CloudKit 私有数据库）在你自己的设备之间同步。
这份数据在你自己的 iCloud 账户里，开发者无法读取。删除方法见第七节。
为了实现语音识别与 AI 功能，以下内容会发送至字节跳动（火山引擎）的服务。只有在你同意 AI 数据处理之后才会发送（见第六节）。

语义检索的向量索引只保存在你的设备上，从不离开设备；离开设备的是上表中被向量化的那段文本。
这不是我们另外收集的东西，而是从你自己说过的话里提炼出来的——比如你说过「别在晚上提醒我」，它会记下这条规则。这份记忆存在你的 iPhone 和你自己的 iCloud 里，开发者读不到；但它会随每一次 AI 请求一起发送，助手才知道该怎么对你。
关闭 AI 数据处理（见第六节）之后，它不再被发送。删除方法见第七节。
上述处理由字节跳动运营的火山引擎服务完成，处理节点位于中国大陆。这意味着：如果你不在中国大陆，上述内容会离开你所在的国家或地区，并在中国大陆境内被处理。如果你不接受这一点，请在第六节所述的位置关闭 AI 数据处理——关闭后本应用不会向其发送任何内容。
字节跳动（火山引擎）作为我们的受托处理方，须对上述数据提供与本政策所述同等或更高的保护，且仅为「处理你的请求并返回结果」这一目的处理这些数据，不得用于本政策所述目的之外的用途。其隐私与合规说明见 火山引擎官网。
说明：第二节列出的「昵称」「照片」等内容之所以在 App Store 的隐私标签中被标为「收集」，是因为 Apple 把「数据离开设备、且开发者或第三方可访问」定义为收集——即使我们自己并不保存它。本节与第二节合起来，就是这份标签的完整解释。

每一项都只在你主动使用对应功能时触发，可随时在系统「设置」中撤销。拒绝任何一项都不会导致本应用无法使用，只是对应功能不可用。
关于提醒：本应用自己不发送通知。需要按时提醒的事项，由本应用写入系统「提醒事项」，再由 iOS 在你设定的时间提醒你。因此本应用不会请求通知权限。
本应用提供自动续订订阅，档位与每档的额度以 App Store 页面和 App 内订阅页显示为准（本页不再重复那些数字）。免费档每个周期也有一份免费额度。购买、续订与退款全部由 Apple 处理，开发者不接触你的支付信息，只能得知你当前处于哪一档订阅。
使用条款采用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议：Terms of Use (EULA)。取消与退款的操作步骤见支持页面。
第一次打开本应用时，会有一屏明确告诉你第二节的事，并让你选择同意或先不同意。
见第二节「对方会保留多久」：语音对话的上下文只在该次对话内保留最近 20 轮，下一次对话不再使用；其余均为即时处理。关闭 AI 数据处理后不会再有新的发送。

The short version:
1. Your tasks, notes and journals live in your own iPhone and iCloud. The developer cannot read them.
2. To use the AI features, your voice and related text are sent to ByteDance (Volcano Engine) for processing, on servers located in mainland China.
3. The app asks for your explicit permission on first launch. You can decline and still use the app, and you can change your mind at any time in Settings.
WiseToDo is operated by an independent developer. The app has no account system — no sign-up, no login — and no server of ours stores your content.
Tasks, notes, journals, conversations and projects are stored locally on your iPhone and synced across your own devices through Apple iCloud (CloudKit private database).
That data lives in your own iCloud account; the developer cannot read it. See section 7 for how to delete it.
To provide speech recognition and AI features, the following is sent to ByteDance (Volcano Engine). Nothing is sent unless you have consented to AI data processing (see section 6).

The vector index used for semantic search never leaves your device; what leaves is the text being embedded, as listed above.
This is not something we collect separately — it is distilled from things you yourself have said. If you tell it "don't remind me at night", it notes that rule. This memory lives on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and the developer cannot read it; but it is sent along with every AI request, which is how the assistant knows how to treat you.
Once you turn off AI data processing (section 6), it is no longer sent. See section 7 for how to delete it.
This processing is performed by Volcano Engine, operated by ByteDance, on nodes located in mainland China. This means that if you are outside mainland China, the content listed above leaves your country or region and is processed in mainland China. If you are not comfortable with this, turn off AI data processing at the location described in section 6 — once off, the app sends nothing to them.
ByteDance (Volcano Engine) acts as our processor and is required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this policy, and to process it solely for the purpose of handling your request and returning a result — not for any purpose beyond those described here. Their privacy and compliance statement is available at volcengine.com.
Note: items such as your display name and attached photos appear as "collected" on the App Store privacy label because Apple defines collection as data leaving the device where the developer or a third party can access it — even when we retain none of it ourselves. Sections 2 and 3 together are the full explanation of that label.

Each is triggered only when you use the corresponding feature and can be revoked at any time in Settings. Declining any of them never blocks the app — only that feature becomes unavailable.
About reminders: this app does not send notifications of its own. Anything that needs to alert you on time is written into the system Reminders app, and iOS delivers the alert. The app therefore does not request notification permission.
The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions; the tiers and each tier's allowance are as shown on the App Store page and on the in-app subscription page (this page does not repeat those numbers). The free tier also comes with an allowance each period. Purchase, renewal and refunds are handled entirely by Apple; the developer never sees your payment information and only learns which tier you are currently on.
Terms of Use are Apple's standard End User License Agreement: Terms of Use (EULA). Steps for cancelling and requesting a refund are on the support page.
On first launch the app shows a screen stating plainly what section 2 describes, and asks you to agree or decline for now.
See "How long they keep it" in section 2: a voice conversation's context is retained only within that conversation (most recent 20 turns) and is not used by the next one; everything else is processed on the fly. Once you turn off AI data processing, nothing further is sent.

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us at the address above.
